Create a useful working hub

Choose a Space for the client or initiative. Add a Start Here Page that explains the objective, current state, responsible people and links to the important working Pages.

A launch Space can contain the brief, brand direction, email plan, social drafts, review notes and delivery receipts. Keep each client’s context clear.

Build the playbook Page

  1. Add the objective, inputs and definition of a useful finished result.
  2. Write a short method, review checklist and responsibility for each part.
  3. Attach the relevant Brand Kit, Knowledge, Character or source references through Add context.
  4. Leave a results section for current artifact links, versions and the next decision.

Put it to work

A Page can carry the reusable method while the Character conversation carries the actual work. CEO can coordinate specialist requests and retrieve their saved replies.

Sharing a Space or Page does not automatically share a connected Drive file, another account or a private Routine.

Example request · adapt to your work
Use this client playbook Page and its selected sources. Ask the saved Newsletter Character for a reviewable email draft and the Social Character for matching post drafts. Keep the latest links and review decisions on this Page.

Improve the next round

Keep accepted examples and useful decisions in the Page or Knowledge. Save a Page template when its structure is useful for another engagement.

Apply changes deliberately to a Character’s method or an existing Routine when appropriate. A changed Page does not silently rewrite a published Routine.
