A Slack channel assignment controls who may request work. A provider account controls execution. Page and Knowledge collaborators control direct resource access. These are separate choices.
Check the collaborator experience
- Share only the intended Page, table or record.
- Ask the collaborator to open the exact resource.
- Confirm viewer access before assuming editing is available.
- For Knowledge edits, check both table and record permissions.
- When access is no longer needed, remove it through the same sharing controls.
Keep client work scoped
Select shared sources deliberately. A link, a Project label or an identity connection is not a substitute for permission to read the underlying resource. Review the audience before asking an agent to return private material to a shared channel.
