Apply a starting structure
Use the existing Templates dialog or the blank Page’s template action. Choose a public template or one from your Saved templates. A playbook SOP can provide a brief, workflow steps, acceptance checklist and results area.

Prepare the Page
- Choose the intended template and review its purpose.
- Add optional Character, Brand Kit or Knowledge references when useful.
- Apply it through the Page’s normal controls.
- Fill in your own brief, sources and next decision.
- Use the resulting Page as working context for a conversation or a reviewed Project Routine.
Know what stays separate
The resulting Page is an editable working copy. It does not inherit another Page’s collaborators, conversations or Routine registrations. Selecting a template does not create a schedule. Later template changes do not silently rewrite your edited Page.
