# Use and save Page templates

Start a working document from a reusable structure while keeping its own identity and sharing.

## Apply a starting structure

Use the existing Templates dialog or the blank Page’s template action. Choose a public template or one from your Saved templates. A playbook SOP can provide a brief, workflow steps, acceptance checklist and results area.


## Prepare the Page

1. Choose the intended template and review its purpose.
2. Add optional Character, Brand Kit or Knowledge references when useful.
3. Apply it through the Page’s normal controls.
4. Fill in your own brief, sources and next decision.
5. Use the resulting Page as working context for a conversation or a reviewed Project Routine.

## Know what stays separate

The resulting Page is an editable working copy. It does not inherit another Page’s collaborators, conversations or Routine registrations. Selecting a template does not create a schedule. Later template changes do not silently rewrite your edited Page.
