## Check the channel setup

1. Open Profile Settings → Messaging → Slack and expand the exact channel assignment.
2. Confirm the connected workspace, channel, Character or CEO, provider account and model.
3. Check Allow Character requests in this channel and Save changes.
4. Confirm Who can request work includes the person sending the request.
5. For a follow-up, check Continue when mentioned in a thread.

## Find the existing result

Open the original Slack parent and its replies. Use Open work or the saved run control when available. Inspect the actual Growthub conversation and destination before asking for another send or upload.

If only the status controls are missing, review Show work status and Slack controls. Their visibility is different from whether the agent can perform the underlying work.

## If a command or channel is missing

Use Refresh channels for the selected account and workspace. Some guest policies restrict slash commands; supported mentions or shared controls may still be available. Ask the Slack administrator to check app installation or authorization where required.

## Get help

Send the success team the channel and conversation link, approximate time and visible message. Keep credentials and private workspace tokens out of the report.
