# Manage Routines from Slack

Create repeat work, review runs and continue a saved Routine result in its original thread.

## Start from work that is useful

Use the Growthub menu’s Routines entry or the Make a Routine control on supported work. Choose a clear outcome, the saved Character and the context the recurring run should use. Review the draft before activating the schedule.


## Use the existing controls

The available Routine actions let you inspect and edit the configuration, run manually, pause or resume the schedule and manage result delivery. Check the shown state before acting: a draft is different from an active schedule.

For an existing result, use Open saved run or Follow up. That continuation belongs to the selected saved run and returns to its original result thread.


## Change this result or future runs

A follow-up can improve the current result. To change what future scheduled runs do, use the Routine’s edit and publication controls. Feedback in a result thread does not silently republish its instructions.


Example request:

Open this Routine’s saved result, read its current working Page and tell us the latest revision and the remaining human approval. Keep the schedule and future instructions unchanged.


## Check delivery

Review the Routine’s selected destination and delivery settings. Turning notifications off does not by itself prove that the run stopped. Read the actual run and its outcome.
