## Set up membership and resources

Use Manage Team for organization membership. Share the intended Pages or Knowledge through their own controls. Decide which Project belongs to each client or business function and which resources should be shared.


## Add a collaborative workflow

1. Choose one reviewed method and its saved Character.
2. Connect the intended provider account and tools.
3. Prepare a working Page with the brief and review checklist.
4. Assign the relevant Slack channel and participation policy when using Slack.
5. Have a second permitted participant review and continue the result.
6. Recheck access after removing a temporary collaborator.

## Expand with evidence

Add another channel or recurring job after the first workflow is useful. Review output quality, unresolved decisions and operational ownership. A successful example is a starting point for your own configuration, not a guarantee that every connected service action has been tested.
