# Manage your profile and appearance

Keep your account details, organization information and theme recognizable to your team.

## Profile and organization

Open Profile Settings → Profile to review the personal and organization fields available to you. Use the normal save controls for the intended change. Organization changes may require the appropriate membership role.


## Choose an appearance

Use Appearance to choose the supported theme preference. Theme is presentation: changing it does not change the account, Project or permissions selected for work.


## Check your working identity

Before configuring client work or sharing a resource, check the signed-in account and organization. Provider accounts are managed separately in AI Providers; changing a profile label does not switch which native account executes an existing conversation.
