# Bring existing conversations into Growthub

Use the supported import flow for the conversation history you want to keep.

## Choose an import source

Open Profile Settings → Import chats. Choose the supported ChatGPT, Codex, Claude or Claude Code source shown in the panel. Follow the instructions for the selected export or local session format.


## Review what was imported

Open the resulting conversation and check that it is the intended history. Imported text is context from a prior conversation. It does not create new permissions for private sources or automatically make all old tools available.


## Continue with the right configuration

Choose the current account, model, Character and authorized references for new work. Ask the agent to inspect the relevant saved material before relying on an old answer as current truth.
