# Edit, pause and resume a Routine

Keep control of what repeats and when, using the existing Routine lifecycle.

## Inspect before changing

Open the exact Routine and review its current state, schedule, instructions and recent runs. Identify whether you want to change future execution or continue a past result. These are different actions.


## Manage the schedule

Use Pause when you want to stop future scheduled execution. Use Resume when the reviewed schedule should run again. Run now is a manual invocation; it does not mean the recurring cadence changed.

Use Edit to change the future configuration and follow the shown review or publication steps. When removing a Routine, read the confirmation and make sure it is the intended registration.


## After a change

Reopen the Routine to confirm the saved configuration and state. If a turn is already active, inspect that run separately; changing future scheduling should not be treated as proof that an active turn was cancelled.
