## Choose the right sources

Start with the client objective, audience criteria and approved Brand Kit. Select the CRM records, research, Knowledge and provider references relevant to that work.

Keep source links, account identity and coverage limits. Separate observed facts from ideas that still need review.


## Prepare one useful example

Use the appropriate saved Character for research, email, social or creative. Keep the message tied to the person’s or company’s actual situation rather than adding unsupported claims.


Example request:

Use the selected audience criteria, permitted account record and approved Brand Kit to prepare one personalized draft. Cite the facts that make it relevant, mark missing information and save it for review. Do not enroll or contact anyone yet.


## Verify before delivery

1. Review the actual copy, recipient and source evidence.
2. Confirm consent, suppression and current contact history for any outreach.
3. Choose the intended sender, destination and authorized action.
4. After an approved send or schedule, read back the actual destination state and receipt.

## Reuse the accepted method

Save useful examples and decisions in the relevant client Page or Knowledge. Update the Character’s method deliberately when the improvement applies to its role.

This is an editable operating method, not automatic model training or permission to contact a wider audience. Keep client boundaries and current human decisions intact.
