# Product launch workflow

## Build a launch hub

Create a launch Space and a Start Here Page. Add the audience, product story, approved Brand Kit, source links, timeline, channel plan and success criteria.

Give each specialist a bounded responsibility. For example, Creative Studio owns artwork, Newsletter owns email and Social owns posts. One coordinator maintains the current launch record.


## Prepare independent drafts

Keep original sources and current versions together. A public launch platform, email campaign and social post are separate destination objects with separate states.


Example request:

Use the launch Page and approved Brand Kit. Prepare a product story, three social drafts and an email draft through the appropriate saved Characters. Save their source files, review previews and exact links. Keep everything in draft until I choose distribution.


## Approve the actual distribution

1. Review the exact copy, media, destination account and audience.
2. Specify the send or publication action and its time zone.
3. Reuse the existing destination object when revising an approved campaign.
4. Read back the saved or scheduled state and its receipt.
5. After execution, distinguish a send in progress from completed delivery.

## Reuse what worked

Keep accepted examples, customer feedback and source-linked lessons in the launch Page or relevant Knowledge. Carry a successful repeat task into a reviewed Routine when useful.

Use a new brief for another client or campaign. Preserve existing publications, schedules and uncertain delivery records when making revisions.
