# Review and revise saved work

## Give useful feedback

Continue the original conversation or result thread. Link the saved item and name the part you want changed. State what should stay unchanged, especially approved text, source links and accepted assets.


## Check the revision

1. Open the current saved result before requesting an edit.
2. Describe the change and any preservation requirements.
3. Ask the Character to save through the item’s existing tool.
4. Reopen the same item and inspect the updated content.
5. Confirm the current revision or modified state, and identify any approval still needed.

## Avoid duplicate work

If a save or upload response is uncertain, read the destination first. A second create can make a duplicate even when the first response was delayed. For Routine results, use Follow up on the exact run you mean.


Example request:

Revise the opening in this saved brief to emphasize the team outcome. Keep the source links and checklist intact. Reopen the same document after saving and return the updated link and remaining approval.
