## Set the direction

Open CEO settings to review its instructions, approvals and selected tools. Give the CEO a business objective and the specialist contribution you need. Be clear about what it may edit, save or publish.


## Ask for a coordinated result


Example request:

Ask our saved researcher to review the strategy Page for one weak assumption and one practical acceptance check. Read the returned reply before synthesizing a joint recommendation. Save the next decision on the working Page. Keep publication and scheduling unchanged.


## Read actual returned findings

A colleague being contacted is not the same as its reply having returned. When the contribution is ready, ask the CEO to read that existing result and attribute its findings. Continue the original conversation instead of creating a duplicate delegation just to check progress.


## Keep approval settings clear

CEO task approvals stay in CEO settings. Per-tool permissions stay in Plugins. Slack’s presentation and participation toggles do not replace either.
